He also serves as the Managing Director of Express Employment Professionals, a leading professional staffing and recruitment firm.
With over 25 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and management across diverse industries, Hanif has held pivotal roles in Sales & Marketing Management, Learning & Development Management, Regional Marketing Management, and National Brand Management. He is a firm believer that employee engagement is the cornerstone of business success.
Hanif’s insights have been featured in numerous publications, including HR Reporter Magazine and Canadian Lawyer Magazine, and he has been interviewed by The Globe and Mail. He has also provided expert commentary on the labor market in Saskatchewan on various radio platforms. Hanif is a sought-after speaker, having delivered numerous in-person and web-based presentations for organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Saskatchewan, and the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Hanif is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Discover Saskatoon, Autism Services Saskatoon, and the Saskatoon Club, and he is the Chair of the NSBA Labour Committee.
Outside of his professional and community commitments, Hanif enjoys networking, golfing, and engaging in discussions about politics, business, and sports, often over a fine glass of Cabernet.
Over 18 years of experience, Jessica prides herself on being in service to others, working with teams to overcome challenges, and create strategic solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Management Degree, majoring in Human Resources, from the University of Lethbridge and her Finance Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. The majority of her career was spent in the financial services industry, supporting a variety of HR disciplines. One of her career highlights was getting the opportunity to visit Google Headquarters in San Francisco with her Chief People Officer, where they biked around campus and learned about talent development. She is highly passionate about organization culture and the team member experience. Driving change and enabling organizations to be a great place to work with highly engaged team members has always been her passion.
For the past 13 years, Jessica has also been co-owner of a trucking & construction company with her husband, where she supports the office and HR functions of the business. Over the years, partnering with northern indigenous communities, providing employment opportunities, and enhancing their communities has been an enriching experience.
Jessica has two children, who keep her very busy. They are highly involved in hockey, cheer, and school sports; driving them to practice, games, tournaments, and competitions take up most of her time. When she is not Ubering her kids around, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake, doing yoga, cooking, and watching sports (live or on TV).
